Bondi Beach in Malaysia

The other day, Thomas asked a bunch of us to go for a food tasting session at Bondi Beach Grill & Bar.

It’s located at The Curve, right next to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. on the 1st floor. Lern and I have passed by the restaurant with its big signboard a few times even before they opened, and each time he will rave about how Bondi Beach in Australia has these fried Mars bars (which sounds pretty interesting). Well, sorry to disappoint you, but this Bondi Beach we went to doesn’t serve fried Mars bars.

The surf board looks like it just survived a shark attack...LOL

It’s newly opened, on the 15th of November. They offer free wi-fi and they even have their own restrooms (unlike some of the eateries around The Curve). No hunky, blonde, blue eyed surfer dudes, or even beach babes in tiny bikinis here, but I guess I’ll just settle for good food... :)

The interior with a bar in the middle.

A choice of al-fresco dining or just to chill out.

Bondi Beach Grill and Bar is not the place for you if you are looking for fine dining. They offer a more simple and natural fare, and their food is cooked with olive oil. According to the management, theirs is a backyard barbeque concept; but what sets them apart is their specialty sauces which complements the food. Any barbeque maestro will tell you that a good barbie is determined by the sauce.

For some of their dishes, there is a choice of different portion sizes; appetizers/mains. There are also a variety of categories to choose from; ‘burgers n sandwiches’, ‘flamin kitchen’ and ‘giant skewer’.

The menu

Their beverage list is pretty decent. There are no special concoction beverages (the fanciest they have are smoothies), but it’s adequate enough. The cheapest are sodas and ice lemon or orange tea (RM 9), and the most expensive (not counting alcohol) is freshly squeezed apple or orange juice (RM 15). Beers, alcohol and a wine list are also available. Bondi Beach is currently having happy hours all night long, even including weekends.

Ice Orange Tea
RM 9

The first dish we were served was Grilled Oysters topped with Buttery BBQ Sauce. The appetizer portion comes with two oysters while the main portion comes with 10 oysters. If you are squeamish about oysters like me, this dish might change your mind. The BBQ sauce with a dash of Tobassco really made the difference. I was slurping it all up!

Grilled Oysters topped with Buttery BBQ Sauce
RM 21/RM 32

Spotted: Photographers with big-assed cameras swarming over food *flash flash flash*

The second dish was Prawn Pinwheels, which are “spiced tiger prawns grilled on a bed of curly endives”. The appetizer portion come with 3 skewers of prawns, the main portion comes with 5 skewers. Now, I’m not a huge fan of prawns, but I’m telling you, this dish was my favourite for the night! The prawns were so juicy and succulent, with that delicious taste of perfectly grilled food. Ooo...I’m drooling already just by thinking about it!

Prawn Pinwheels
RM 16/RM 21

What was served next was the Seafood Kebabs with Dill from the ‘giant skewer’ category which has tiger prawn, soft-shell crab, squid, tenggiri, courgette, cherry tomato served with tartare sauce on what else but a giant skewer. One of the tiger prawns I tasted was not so fresh, but I think that was the only exception (I still prefer the Prawn Pinwheels though...). The soft-shell crab was a nice touch to the dish, delicious too I might add, with its char-grilled taste. Squid and tenggiri fish were not bad too. The tenggiri was soft and flaky.

Seafood Kebabs with Dill
RM 38

Next, we got to sample some dishes from the ‘flamin kitchen’ category. All of the dishes in this category are served with their specialty sauces, though if you want more (which I guarantee you will) you can always order extra from their ‘Sauce Selection’ menu (RM 3). We were served the Rib Eye, Sirloin, Fillet of Dory and Salmon. Each dish comes with baked creamy potato with cheese, and vegetables. The sauces which accompanied the dishes were Bondi BBQ, Mushroom, Black Pepper, and Lemon Herb Butter.

I’m a firm believer that you shouldn’t cook your steaks past medium rare. So the Rib Eye was quite a disappointment for me as it was a tad over done for my liking, which made it quite tough.

Rib Eye
RM 32

For me, the Sirloin is one of the tougher cuts of meat, but this time the Sirloin was just nice. It was cooked pretty well also; not too rare that you would expect it to ‘moo’ at any time, and yet not too overly done that it feels like you are chewing rubber.

Sirloin
RM 28

I personally preferred the dory over the salmon because the dory was juicier. I found the salmon a tad dry. It was an excuse to slather more Lemon Herb Butter sauce on it though... :D

Fillet of Dory
RM 21

Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter sauce
RM 28

As for the sauces, they were all superbly delicious. The Bondi BBQ sauce has a nice balance between sweet and sour, while the black pepper is just nice without being too overpowering in its peppery-ness. The usual mushroom sauces I taste are pretty bland and lacking that oomph. But Bondi Beach’s mushroom sauce was really flavourful, with lots of mushrooms in it.

Black Pepper, Mushroom and Bondi BBQ sauce
RM 3 per bowl

For desert, we had Honey Grilled Banana with Coconut Flakes, and Apple Cinnamon Comb. All dessert are served with vanilla ice-cream. The grilled bananas were just so-so, and I wasn’t a fan of coconut flakes.

Honey Grilled Banana with Coconut Flakes
RM 8

The Apple Cinnamon Comb was better, especially eaten warm with the cold ice-cream.

Apple Cinnamon Comb
Rm 12

Me digging in!

Hmmm....Might I suggest fried Mars bars for the dessert menu to spice things up....? *grin*

Partayyy!!!!

Finally! After such a long hiatus, I'm finally going clubbing again tonite. Well, it's more like an event in a club la, but I don't care! It still counts!!!

*digs out clubbing gear*

Wow, I seriously haven't gone clubbing in ages. Well, if you don't count the Nuffnang Silent Halloween Party which was held at Borneo Baruk Club la....but that was only an event where nice dancing music was only played for, like, 10 minutes...??? And the rest off the music can only be heard from personal music devices, which was downloaded before people came to the party....I guess that was why they named it a SILENT Halloween Party... :s

After I got the 'Plus One' tag added to my name, I have never gone out clubbing. Having a 'Plus One' that is not into late nights doesn't help matters much. I SO miss the music, and the dancing, and the late night yum cha sessions after that. After yesterday's presentation, I seriously had the insane urge to go out like I used to again....not necessarily clubbing, but spending late nights out hanging with friends. I seriously, seriously needed it. It was like how a man dying from thirst needs water. It was THAT bad.....

So last night when CincauAaron told me he was going to OK magazine's 3rd Anniversary Party at Zouk KL as the photographer for one of the sponsors, I thought of tagging along. I saw the event on Facebook once, but didn't really occur to me to go. And I heard Zouk got a recent makeover, haven't been there in a while, so wanted to check it out too. Seeing as I had nothing to do and clubbing was on my to-do list, I decided to go. Lern couldn't make it so I'm going with Celine instead.

OMG!!! I can't wait to step into a club again!!!

*blows dust off clubbing gear*

Depression setting in...

Just finished my Final Year Project presentation.

It was NOT good.

My advisor made me feel so stupid.

"Why did you do it like that?"
"I hope you documented that..."
"What if the user doen't know which stop he's at? This doesn't seem very user friendly to me."
"You are supposed to use an algorithm to prove that you are a Software Engineering student!"
"This is a Final Year Project! You should have explored that topic further!"

....and the list goes on.....

Damnit.

I. Is. So. Depressed.

Need. To. Do. Something.

Or. Else. I. Keeeel. Myself.

Hmmm.....feel like doing something crazy now...

Haih...so hungry...lunching with CincauAaron. He said he'll be here in 30 minutes, but knowing him, it might take longer than that... :s

Stuff that gets on my nerves

I find it irritating when people make different plans with different people on the same day and time. I mean, sure, I know you want a backup plan just in case one of your plans don't work out, but at least have the decency to let the other person know that you are making other plans as well. What happens when both the people you are making plans with all can make it? So which one do you choose?

I find it irritating that people make appointments and promises with you, and all is set, then in the next instant agree to go out with someone else at the same time. Like WTH!

I also find it irritating that people make you promises that they'll do something for you but then show no enthusiasm or indication that they will follow through with it. I think I'll much prefer it if you didn't make me any promises at all...keeps the disappointment rate down.

Holidays...*sigh*

Holidays are only holidays if you are not stuck at home for more than 70% of its duration...like I am right now....sigh...I seriously have no idea what to do. Langkawi trip is end of next week, and I don't know how to occupy myself till then!!!

Thought bout looking for a job, but hey, who looks for a job on their holiday???!!! *scratches that off the list (for now anyway...)*

So, next up, catch up on all my TV series (which also means that I'll still be stuck at home). Oh wait, I just finished that last night (with the exception of Heroes of course, since CincauAaron gave me House instead of Heroes...but no biggie, finished House anyway...). *scratches that off the list as well*

Shopping? Sorry, bank account dwindling already. Been swiping the card like mad... -_-'' *scratch scratch*

So what now??????? *wails*

But at least I'm meeting Mun tomorrow night and Wawa next week...Haven't been catching up with them for ages!!! *hearts*

So that should keep me occupied for those 2 days...Now it's just the rest of the days of the days leading up to the Langkawi trip!!! Anyone wanna ajak me out....? *makes Puss-In-Boots cute endearing face from Shrek*

P.S. Oh shit...I just remembered that I have to prepare slides for my Final Year Project presentation tomorrow!!! Wonderful holiday right? *dripping sarcasm*

Chivalry is not dead

Took the train back to Klang a few nights ago...reminded me of the first time I did that.

Klang is not exactly very safe. In fact it's got a reputation for being pretty dangerous nowadays. If some people think that my Puchong area is not that safe, wait till they see Klang. My Klang house was even robbed once.

So the nearest station to my house in Klang is the Teluk Gadong one. In daylight it looks pretty dodgy already, so you can imagine what it looks like at night.

I was coming back from PC Fair at KLCC. When I arrived at the station, it was so dark and dodgy. The ticketing counter was closed as usual (they only seem to open during peak hours when people are going to or returning from work...). So I was waiting at the stairs for SissyDear to pick me up. It was really quiet. Not many cars were passing by as well...

Then this guy came on his bicycle with a torchlight in his hands. He got off, came towards me and started asking me something loudly. I was kinda freaked out naturally, I could hardly understand what he was saying. It sounded like Bahasa Malaysia but spoken by a Chinese person who couldn't speak it well. I just sorta like went "Huh?". He repeated himself loudly a few times and started gesturing wildly. He also started talking into his walkie-talkie and waving his torchlight around wildly.

Ok, now I'm starting to panic a little...What if this psycho guy starts getting weird ideas? I was thinking of what could I defend myself with should he try something stupid...Hit him over the head with my PC Fair flyers...? I had quite a thick stack, but I don't think it would make much of a dent... :s

Then suddenly, I heard a voice from behind me, "Apa you mau?". I turned and saw this young Chinese guy standing protectively behind me. He must have gotten off the train at the same time I did and was waiting further away. He must have just only walked over to where I was standing because he wasn't there a moment ago.

PsychoGuy turns to ChineseGuy and starts talking loudly to him. By now I could sorta understand what he was trying to say. He was asking where is the station security guard. ChineseGuy answered "Tak ada, tak ada" and some more words were exchanged between them, and PsychoGuy talking into his walkie-talkie every few seconds. Then PsychoGuy said something like he was gonna find the security guard and scold him for leaving his post or something, then got on his bike and pedaled away.

I was kinda standing there blur blur, thinking to myself "What the hell just happened here". Then I noticed ChineseGuy moving away. So I turned and gave him a small smile of thanks. He smiled back and walked away.

A few minutes later, his friend came and picked him up. SissyDear came not long after that.

So this night will always be remembered as the night a total stranger had the chivalry and decency to come to my aid. *hearts*

P.S. I later found out that PsychoGuy was indeed psycho. Apparently, he likes to go around wearing a RELA vest, carrying a torchlight and walkie-talkie pretending he was a RELA member. But he's not. He's talking to no one when he's using his walkie-talkie. Poor fella....

Miniature Schnauzer puppies in need of a good home!

By now the puppies are 18 days old. 3 boys, 1 girl. All of them have already opened their eyes and are starting to stand up and take their first steps already! Gosh, I sound like a proud momma...!
Their tails have been docked (i.e. shortened...don't worry, didn't hurt them a bit) and all four have already been registered with Malaysian Kennel Association, which means that they are pure-bred. Ready to go to new homes at 9 weeks old. A bright and loyal breed who will be a great addition to loving homes. Great with children and sheds minimal hair (you hardly notice hair lying about). Does not require much exercise and thrives well as an indoor pet with freedom to roam the house.

Let me show you how cute they are...
All four of them before their tails were docked. L-R: Boy No.1, Girl (No.4), Boy No.3 (top right), and Boy No.2 (bottom right)

Boy No.1. He's a bit darker like his daddy.

No.1 sleeping with his tongue hanging out...hehehe...

No.1 having a nice nap...whenever he's not feeding...

No.2 after we changed his ribbon to a Ralph Lauren one...this is one classy puppy :D

No.2's fur is light and brownish. Most probably will be a salt and pepper like his momma.

No.3...my favourite...doesn't this picture just make you wanna melt...???

No.3's fur is also darker like his daddy's and his bottoms of his paws are slightly tinged with white fur, which I think is adorable...maybe that's why he's my favorite...hmmm.....

The girl (No.4). She took the longest to come out of momma. It almost looked like she was a gonner already...but luckily she pulled through and came out after 2 hours... :)

For a pup that had the most difficulty during birth, today she's the fattest one of the lot... O.o Her fur is lighter, most probably a light salt and pepper like her momma.

No.1 and No.3

They are all so adorable, and I wish I could keep them all...but I don't have the space, and I can't afford more doggies...*sniff*
They will be sold for RM 1000 each.
Puppies will only be sold to responsible pet owners who will be able to provide a loving home for them and able to shower them with lots of love and attention!

So if you are interested, let me know! :)

"It's not an option!"

You never insist anymore...

I'm FREEE!!!!!

Final exams are over!!! Finally!!! I blardi better not fail Design Patterns...don't wanna see APIIT exam hall ever again! Stupid paper is 100% exam based some more...no assignment to help boost up my grades...boo hoo!!! Came home feeling exhausted and crashed on the sofa. Woke up, didn't know what to do now that I didn't have to study anymore, so I went back to sleep....which explains why I'm still up at this hour... :s

Oh, the puppies are here!!! They were born on the 1st of November, right when I was at the Nuffnang Halloween Party. Dang it! Missed all the action. SissyDear was there to be the midwife. They are so adorable!!! 3 boys and a girl. Will post pictures and info bout them soon. Right now I need some 'relax' time. *plans what to do for the rest of the week*

I think I'm gonna go catch up on all the movies I've missed so far...*reaches for the Hancock DVD that has been sitting on the bedside table for ages* (and don't ask me why it's right there on my bedside table... :s)

Puppies for sale!!!

Okay, my damn FYP is finally finished and handed in! Lots of drama in the process and sleepless nights, but now I can finally breathe a sigh of relief...I guess the one sorta good thing that came out of it was I lost 2kgs in 5 days! Of course la, so stressed and tired until no appetite to eat...everyday just drink 1 cup of Milo for brekkie and eat like 2 tablespoons of rice for dinner, Kate Moss would be proud of me man...

But guess what? I'm putting it all back on!!! It's like after handing the whole project to the admin lady and signing the form, my appetite miraculously came back! Went to McD's for dinner and wolfed down a double cheeseburger with lots of fries and coke... -_-'' And for the next few days, the catching up process was in full drive...catch up on sleep, catch up on TV, and most teruk-ly, catch up on food...*wail!!!*

Oh ya, you must be wondering bout the title of this post rite? Sorry, got carried away...back to the topic...

So as the title says, I have puppies for sale!!! Pure-bred Miniature Schnauzers! Not sure how many yet, coz they're not born yet...hehehe...due date is soon, should be one of these days, not more than a week more.

I currently only have a few pictures of the proud parents, more to be uploaded soon...

BabyMomma aka Lilo

BabyMomma as a puppy

BabyDaddy aka Milo as a puppy

Will upload more pictures of the parents later or pictures of the puppies if they come sometime soon...they're going for RM1000 btw. The parents are all Malaysia Kennel Association (MKA) certified, pampered house pooches, vaccinated and very healthy. The puppies will be microchipped, vaccinated and come with MKA cert as well. Tail docking will be optional. More details will be provided when the puppies arrive. Till then, let me know if you are interested!

But please, only responsible and loving pet owners need apply. You must be willing and able to give lots of love and attention to your dog. I will not, I repeat, WILL NOT hand puppies over to people who I deem will be unfit owners!!!

Malaysia Today, blocked...?

I read on The Star online that the government has issued an order to block the website Malaysia Today, whose editor is the infamous Raja Petra Kamaruddin. So I decided to check it out if it was true.

Guess what? I could still access the site. Was wondering why...Did someone botch the job up? Was the plan put hold? Or was the order retracted completely? Then I read CincauAaron's post...it was mostly geek talk but I got the gist of why I could still access Malaysia Today. Maybe it was due to the fact that I was on my college's wireless and not TMNet. Not really sure though...couldn't put the theory to the test coz I couldn't connect to Streamyx.

Personally, I don't read Malaysia Today, but this whole blocking order thing is such a load of crap. Like, hello...they have a different opinion than you and therefore you want to censor it?Whatever happened to zero Internet consorship? Whatever happened to freedom of speech?

The same goes for the recent Bar Council forum on the conversion to Islam. The forum was forced to end early because of the demonstrators outside the Bar Council building (which was a private premise by the way...). So that whole episode demonstrated the rule of the mob. As long as you rally enough people, you will get your way, even though how unlawful it is.

Like, come on...It's not like the forum were condemning any religion or anything like that, but it was to discuss the plight of people who were caught in between when someone converts. This are relevant issues that should be discussed, not just swept under the carpet!

Sigh, I seriously don't know where this country is headed. I'm not pro-government nor pro-opposition, I think they both have their own issues to deal with...but I think the recent support for Pakatan Rakyat could be a good thing, because now Barisan Nasional is forced to get out of their comfort zone and start listening to the rakyat; what the rakyat wants and needs, not what BN wants and needs. Hopefully, things will start to change for the better.

So in the next General Election, which way should I cast my vote? I'm still not sure...but I have around 4 more years to decide right? So political people/parties out there, you have that much or little (depends on how you look at it) time to prove yourself to me and the rakyat.

Wow, a post about Malaysia Today turned out to be a rant-y post about Malaysian politics...Sorry, couldn't keep it bottled up anymore.

Pesta Malam Indonesia 2 (Aftermath)

Finding our way in was a nightmare. We actually went to the entrance at the cross junction leading to Pusat Sains Negara. There were so many cars parked along the road and the entrance was blocked off, so we were like "Crap, have to park at the side of the road ar?". And it was drizzling some more...So we went and found a parking spot right in front of Pusat Sains Negara. Damn far man! And it started drizzling even more. We just sat in the car, staring out.

"Let's go somewhere else first and come back later...."
"Let's go! *starts engine*"

So we were gonna leave the place, when I saw a sign saying 'VVIP/VIP/Guest entrance'. "OooOooo!!!! Follow signboard, follow signboard!!!". And guess where the sign led us to? The freaking entrance which was blocked off!!! $!$&#!*!$&$#$&*$! Ahhh...the effectiveness of Malaysians and their signboards....

So we stopped the car right in front of the entrance and were sitting there trying to figure things out. Then BabyLern decided to go down and ask the people jaga-ing the main entrance to show us where to go. Oooo, a man who asks for directions...!!!

When he came back, "I know where to go!!!" he declared triumphantly. <3
Turns out there is another entrance beside Royal Selangor Golf Club. And we finally made it in and found a place to park (no thanks to even more confusing and misleading and sometimes nonexistent signboards....tulan...). It finally stopped raining by the time we got down from the car. Thank god!

Went to check out the VIP tent first which was right behind the concert stage. Whoa! The tent was air-conditioned! And they had food and drinks! And a bar in the middle! It felt just like being in a club! You could even watch the whole concert on the TVs that they placed around the area.

Outside the VIP tent.

I got kinda cold after a while coz I was only in shorts and a sleeveless tee, so we decided to go outside to watch the concert. We got there towards the end of Samsons' set. Dewi Dewi performed earlier in the day. The crowd turnout was quite good, very enthusiastic. Some were even sitting on the grass at the back, having mini picnics. We stood at the back too, and the view was quite good! At least I didn't smell any smelly, sweaty armpits. Managed to listen for a while before Samsons left the stage...Walked around and finally decided to go back into the VIP tent. And there was Samsons having a meet-the-fans session. BabyLern was happily snapping away with his big-assed camera.

Samsons' at their meet-the-fans session.

Samsons with some fans.

Next to come on stage was Sheila On 7. They were really great! Very energetic and they had a good rapport with the audience. I didn't know most of their songs but I really enjoyed it nevertheless.

Akhdiyat leading the sing-a-long. He's giving the audience his approval!

I also noticed some weird people in the audience doing strange stuff. Some of them who were at the front were like, climbing all over each other and waving banners and T-shirts, and then they were falling over each other.... -_-'' erm, maybe all concerts in Indonesia are like that...???

Building higher and higher....

Sheila On 7 laughing at the jakun people

Like Samsons, Sheila On 7 also had a meet-the-fans session after their set. I even took a picture with Sheila On 7's lead singer, Akhdiyat. Hahaha...I so smart, there were so many people pushing and shoving to get a picture with him, but I just waited for him at the exit where there was no one around! Wakakaka!!! Suckers!!!

Next up after Sheila On 7 was Ungu. This time I lagi didn't know their songs but I still had a great time. They had a few technical errors early on into their set, so Ungu had to take a break while the technicians were fixing the problem.

Even their background is 'ungu'...hehehe....

Pasha. Cute...But on the short side...

While waiting for Ungu to come back on stage, we decided to go back into the tent and grab something to eat because it was dinner time already. And guess what??? I was seating like, less than 2 metres away from Ariel, Peterpan's lead singer!!! Woohoo!!! So there I was contemplating whether I should go and ask to take a picture with them, then I decided not to coz they were gonna have a meet-the-fans session anyway, and I can take a picture with them then. Or so I thought..........

So we were actually waiting for Peterpan to come on stage, which they did, at like around 9.30 p.m. I think everyone else there were also waiting for them, coz when they came on the people started crowding around the stage. My vantage point from the back even started getting crowded. Everyone were really into Peterpan's songs.

Ariel! He's so cute!!! *swoon*

With shirt....

Without shirt!!! WoooHoooooo!!!

At one point people started running towards the back...towards ME!!! So I also started backing up, preparing to run like mad...Then everyone started calming down. Turns out it was this big group of people dressed in black who were running around causing all the commotion. This put everyone on edge from then on. There was even once when a fight broke out and even the police came. A chase even ensued between the police and one of the back shirt guys, and they ran right in front of us!!! Scary! People were even more on edge after that. But everyone was still enjoying the show, so it was all good. They sang their popular song 'Mungkin Nanti' and right after that, they left the stage at around 10.10 p.m. They performed for less than 45 minutes man! :( Wanted more!!!

Oh ya...you know how I thought that I could take pictures with Peterpan after their set? Didn't happen! They cabut-ed straight after leaving the stage! Damn tak puas man! I. Is. So. Sad!!! Felt so cheated as I watched their van drive off.

We left soon after that also. We just couldn't stay for Slank's set coz it was getting really late.

BabyLern managed to get a picture of Slank in the VIP tent though...So at least we could say that we saw them... :)

All in all, I really, really enjoyed the concert. I surprised even myself. I enjoyed it more than the Blue or Good Charlotte concerts that I went to! At least this time I had a good view from the back where there are not so many people, and don't have to sniff any smelly armpits, or get my feet stomped into the ground. Aaahhhh....bliss....Sure, there were a fight or two. Or three. Or more like four....but hey, what is a rock concert without fights right?

Even managed to get a decent pic of myself...YAY!!!

Sometimes...I'm not sure...

Sometimes I don't ask questions because I'm not sure if I really wanna know the answer.

Sometimes I look away because I'm not sure if I wanna see what's in front of me.

Sometimes I keep quiet because I'm not sure if I'm not gonna say the wrong thing.

Sometimes I worry about what you think of me because I'm not sure what you are thinking.

Sometimes I hurt quietly because I'm not sure if you are not unhappy.

Sometimes I have big dreams but I'm not sure if they'll ever come true.

Sometimes I think only of tomorrow because I'm not sure if there'll be a next week.

Sometimes I want to take the leap but I'm not sure what's waiting for me below.

Sometimes I look back at my life and I'm not sure what major things have I accomplished.

Another year will be passing.

Here's to another future year of more "Sometimes...I'm not sure..."s.

Disney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour (Aftermath)

Just got back from the show. Went with SissyDear. Wish there were better signs directing us to the area. We parked all the way at Kompleks Sukan Negara instead of at Stadium Putra itself. Well, we saw a lot of people going there so we follow la...like they say, monkey see, monkey do...Walked like freaking far to the entrance of the stadium. The show was supposed to start at 8.30 p.m. and we missed about the first 15 minutes of it.

If you are a fan of Disney's High School Musical, musicals in general, figure skating, or dancing, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you catch this show! But if you do not fit in those categories, then I would suggest that you don't bother. You'll probably be bored out of your mind, in the case of Exhibit A: SissyDear "Can we go home yet??? *looks at watch*"

I enjoyed the show immensely. I didn't really watch the movies, don't really know the songs, but all in all, I felt that it was great! The dancing and skating were really good, and the songs really catchy. I was taking pictures like crazy until SissyDear said "How many pics you wanna take???"

Me: *sheepishly hide camera* (and that's why you won't see any pictures from Act 2)

The show is actually split into 2 parts; the first part is from High School Musical 1 and the second part is from High School Musical 2, with a 10 or 15 minute intermission in between. And they have this huge screen in the background which shows pictures and stuff according to what is happening on the ice.

The turnout of the crowd was surprisingly good. I would say about 3/4 of the seats were filled, mostly by kids and their parents I might add. They practically knew all the songs and were singing and clapping along to them. I would suggest that you learn some of the more popular songs from the movies before going to the show, because it's seriously very catchy. I wanted to sing along with some of them, but I didn't know the lyrics. Damn!

The stunts that those skaters could do on the ice! They can even play basketball on ice, no kidding! Like, WOW!!! I can't even move on ice without holding on to someone/something. No, wait, I probably could, but I just wouldn't know how to stop, unless I hit a wall or fall down that is. -_-''

If I thought Act 1 was good, Act 2 was even better. There were mini fireworks going on and showers of sparks peppered throughout the show. There was even a part where Kelsi, one of the characters, started interacting with the audience, asking them what she should name her new song, which the kids eagerly shouted out the name (it was 'You Are The Music In Me' by the way...). Things heated up even further when Troy's shirt was torn off in the middle of the ice rink during his 'makeover' and the audience started clapping and catcalling and whistling. Oooo....And there was even a kissing scene between Troy and Gabriella. I was half expecting the Malaysian Censorship Board to jump out and scream "CENSORED!!! KENOT WATCH!!!" O.o

The show ended around 10.15 p.m. liddat. Didn't really know exactly what time it ended coz I had to pee really really badly -_-''

Verdict: Many, many thumbs up!

P.S. Will post up some pics soon!

Haze is back

Last night in bed, I was wondering why I was smelling something burning. It was 3am in the morning so people couldn't be burning rubbish at this time right?!

Then I read the papers today. Turns out that the haze is back because of Sumatra...stop clearing your farms by burning it la, diu! Doesn't help that the peat forest in Dengkil has been burning for the past 2 days either. And Port Klang has an unhealthy API reading of 104 (unhealthy = 101 to 200).....no wonder I can smell smoke here.

Community service reminder:
Stop open burning now!

Late Night Encounter

In Klang now. Camping in front of the TV with PinkLappie. MiloDog and LiloFatty just found something interesting to play with and are chasing it around the house.

Turns out it's LittleSiuKeong's cousin...*shrieks* *picks up phone and prepares to speed dial BabyLern* Oh, wait...he's sleeping already....Arghhh!!! *runs to look for Shieldtox*

*rummage rummage* Where on earth does Mumi keep the damn Shieldtox???!!! *dig dig dig*

Finally found the damn spray. There were triplets actually. And unopened. *tears plastic off*

Went back to find the little bugger. Turns out he disappeared into the curtains. No way am I gonna go looking for it...Uh-uh! *shakes head*

So now I'm camping in front of the TV with PinkLappie. With the can of Shieldtox sitting quietly on my lap. My eyes are constantly being drawn back to the curtains, seeking out any signs of bug life. OoooOooo!!!! There it is!!! *charge forward with Shieldtox*

*press Shieldtox nozzle thingy*..........*it refuses to be pressed down*

*press press*..........*still not cooperating*

Argh! Still virgin! *press harder* *cracking sound*

*death fumes fill the house* Haha...take that! Ooo, I feel so Godlike...!!! *laughs evilly*

The Killer Vegetable

Went out for dinner with TheParents again. It wasn't so bad this time, maybe because Wei was there.

BabyLern's whole family loves bitter gourd. I don't. In fact, it's probably safe to say that I almost hate it. Usually I don't mind bitter stuff like super black and concentrated coffee, or even those Chinese medicine thingy that Mumi makes me drink whenever I am sick. But the bitter gourd has this kind of bitterness to it that tastes really bad and weird. Yucks!

So when the small little wrinkly vegetables arrived on the table, TheParents encouraged me to have one, and my heart dropped. I don't wanna put that thing in my mouth, but how could I refuse them??? Luckily BabyLern came to the rescue and told them that I didn't eat bitter gourd. Phew!

But TheParents refused to give up, and asked me to try one. And by one I mean the whole baby bitter gourd (which is more bitter than the normal one), not just like, one spoonful. BabyLern came to the rescue again, and said that we'll share one. He took one baby bitter gourd and cut it into 4 pieces. He looked up at my face, and then proceeded to cut 1 piece further into half. So now that small piece more or less come up to a spoonful...a TABLEspoonful, not TEAspoonful *sobs*.

So that spoon was hovering in front of my face. Couldn't bring myself to take it the last few centimetres to my mouth. *sniff sniff* Omg, it smells so not good! Looked up and saw everyone looking at me expectantly. Gave a little smile (more like a grimace actually), took a breath and put the damn spoon in my mouth.

The first chew didn't seem so bad. Then came more chews. And I was reaching for the rice, and my drink....anything to get the taste off my tongue!!! TheParents were looking at me and asked how was it. Dilemna-ing now. To tell the truth or to lie? To say "It was good!" or "It sucked! I hated it! *ptui ptui!*"? In the end, I settled on somewhere in between the two.

"It was ok. *smile and shovel more rice into my mouth*"

Went home in one piece. Looks like the little green bitter vegetable didn't do much damage.

Bleurgh! Can still taste the bitter gourd in my mouth now. *rubs tongue with chocolate*

Meet The Parents

BabyLern asked me to join him and his parents for dinner last night. My first reaction was most probably like this:

OMG...he suddenly sprang this on me when I least expected it, even told his parents that I'm coming along already. Crap, was freaking out, wondering if I was dressed appropriately, or if I looked ok...after all, first impressions DO matter...I was seriously panicking there, so much that BabyLern said that I didn't have to go if I didn't want to. But hey, I have to get it over and done with sooner or later right? They were already expecting me anyway...So what the heck...just let me hyperventilate a bit more, then I'm ready...

It turned out ok I guess...We went to Manhattan Fish Market. BabyLern and I ordered the Premium Fish Catch Whole Fish Platter from their 'Strictly For Sharing' menu...They seriously gave a whole fried fish. Yucks, I hate eating stuff with the bones still attached, probably coz I'm too lazy to take the time to remove them...would recommend the Manhattan Seafood Platter For Two instead, or if you like their fried mushrooms (which are really good) try the Fishermen's Giant Fried Platter, I think it comes with more servings of prawns also.

I kept asking BabyLern if his parents said anything bout me after the dinner...Gosh, it's like sitting for exams liddat...No wait, I think exams are less stressful... O.o

The Hunt For Red Meat

Was seriously craving for beef this whole week. A big, fat, juicy piece of steak, medium rare and oozing pink juices as you cut into the tender meat....*drools*

So last night BabyLern wanted to go dating *hugs* and we ended up at Sunway Pyramid. We practically walked all over Pyramid in my quest for the best and cheapest place that offered beef...thank god I have a boyfriend who is so accomodating...The most obvious choice would of course be Tony Roma's, but for Rm50+ a pop, I don't think so...So went to the directory to search for restaurants which sound like they serve big juicy beef. Haih, to cut a very long story short (we WERE walking for more than 1 hour just looking for beef u know...ONLY BEEF...wasn't looking at other stuff :s) there are no restaurants in Pyramid offering nice big juicy beef for less than RM30....so we went for plan B, dinner at TGI Friday's (it was a Friday after all...hehehe...).

I ordered the Jack Daniel's Sirloin which was kinda a disappointment coz it only came with mash potatoes and almost 1/3 of the steak was fat..yucks...! Sigh...and it cost me RM39.90, not including taxes...Hey wait, correction, it cost BabyLern RM39.90, not including taxes...Thanks so much, love you baby!

And guess what? My cravings are still not completely satisfied. *sniff*

Me still want big fat juicy beef steak!!!

Little Siu Keong

Yay!!! I now have a 'siu keong' exterminator! *hearts*

BabyLern said he was more freaked out over my reaction to Little Siu Keong than to, well, Little Siu Keong. Heeheehee....Well, what to do...I have this major phobia about cockroaches. Freaks me out!

He even uses Shieldtox differently. From my perch high up on the dining table, I would have just used the Shieldtox to spray the little bugger to death and fog my whole house up with death fumes, but BabyLern used it as a death bat...*whack whack*....Well, either way, it worked! <3

Hmmm, I wonder if my exterminator works 24/7....?

*ring ring*
"Hello?"
"Baby! 'Siu keong' in my toilet! Help!!! Come over now!!! I need to pee badly!!! *wails*"

-_-''

P.S. Let's all have a moment of silence for Little Siu Keong.....*silence*

The Parents Know

BabyLern finally told his Dad bout us yesterday, or more like his Dad asked if he was seeing anyone. Either way, now his Dad knows (which means his Mum will know too, I guess...?). So today I decided to tell Mumi as well. Did it over breakfast. Dadi wasn't there though. Mumi didn't really show much reaction, just asked who it was. And she still remembered BabyLern from when he came over the other day.

Later on at home, SissyDear and I were sitting in the living room, and I told her that I had already told Mumi bout the boyfriend thingy. And for some reason she shouted "Mi! Stephanie has got a boyfriend already!" -_-'' That time Mumi was in the kitchen. Dadi was there with Mumi also, so I guess he heard. Mumi just said "Ya, I know. He came over the other day. Nice boy." So I guess BabyLern just got Mumi's approval...?

But Dadi didn't say anything. That's coz he's, well, he's just Dadi....he doesn't say much, especially when it comes to his daughters' love lives. I guess it's just coz he's the only guy in the family. But I think he's gonna ask Mumi a million questions later. Hehehe....Dadi is so cute sometimes! *heart*

Frustrations...

Gym is good. Very good. In fact, damn good! And I'm not talking bout good for health here, people...rather, I'm talking bout how good it is for releasing pent-up frustrations. Seriously, if you're feeling particularly frustrated, just go to the gym and work that stationary bike to the ground! Or just pound it out on the freaking treadmill! Heck, come to think of it, you don't even need a gym...just go for a run around your neighbourhood!

Ahhh...seriously, I had so much energy when I hit the gym today...all those pent-up energy needed an outlet. Could have gone a few more kilometres on the bike, but was running short on time...Damn! But at least got to release some of the frustrations....

ARGH!!! OMG, can feel it all building up again!!! NOOOOoooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *pounds head against wall*

Squirrel From Hell

This is actually plagarised from WilliamS's bloggie. Read this sometime back.....Seriously, it was damn hilarious! I was laughing till my tummy ached! I dare you not to laugh!

I never dreamed slowly cruising on my motorcycle through a residential neighbourhood could be so incredibly dangerous! Little did I suspect … I was on Brice Street - a very nice neighbourhood with perfect lawns and slow traffic. As I passed an oncoming car, a brown furry missile shot out from under it and tumbled to a stop immediately in front of me. It was a squirrel, and must have been trying to run across the road when it encountered the car. I really was not going very fast, but there was no time to brake or avoid it - it was that close. I hate to run over animals, and I really hate it on a motorcycle, but a squirrel should pose no danger to me. I barely had time to brace for the impact.

Animal lovers, never fear. Squirrels, I discovered, can take care of themselves! Inches before impact, the squirrel flipped to his feet. He was standing on his hind legs and facing my oncoming Valkyrie with steadfast resolve in his little beady eyes. His mouth opened, and at the last possible second, he screamed and leapt! I am pretty sure the scream was squirrel for, “Banzai!” or maybe, “Die you gravy-sucking, heathen scum!” The leap was nothing short of spectacular … as he shot straight up, flew over my windshield, and impacted me squarely in the chest. Instantly, he set upon me. If I did not know better, I would have sworn he brought 20 of his little buddies along for the attack. Snarling, hissing, and tearing at my clothes, he was a frenzy of activity. As I was dressed only in a light t-shirt, summer riding gloves, and jeans this was a bit of a cause for concern.

This furry little tornado was doing some damage! Picture a large man on a huge black and chrome cruiser, dressed in jeans, a t-shirt, and leather gloves, puttering at maybe 25 mph down a quiet residential street, and in the fight of his life with a squirrel. And losing… I grabbed for him with my left hand. After a few misses, I finally managed to snag his tail. With all my strength, I flung the evil rodent off to the left of the bike, almost running into the right curb as I recoiled from the throw. That should have done it. The matter should have ended right there. It really should have. The squirrel could have sailed into one of the pristinely kept yards and gone on about his business, and I could have headed home. No one would have been the wiser.
But this was no ordinary squirrel. This was not even an ordinary pissed-off squirrel. This was an EVIL MUTANT ATTACK SQUIRREL OF DEATH! Somehow he caught my gloved finger with one of his little hands and, with the force of the throw, swung around and with a resounding thump and an amazing impact, he landed squarely on my back and resumed his rather anti-social and extremely distracting activities. He also managed to take my left glove with him! The situation was not improved. Not improved at all. His attacks were continuing, and now I could not reach him.

I was startled to say the least. The combination of the force of the throw, only having one hand (the throttle hand) on the handlebars, and my jerking back unfortunately put a healthy twist through my right hand and into the throttle. A healthy twist on the throttle of a Valkyrie can only have one result. Torque. This is what the Valkyrie is made for, and she is very, very good at it. The engine roared and the front wheel left the pavement. The squirrel screamed in anger. The Valkyrie screamed in ecstasy. I screamed in … well … I just plain screamed. Now picture a large man on a huge black and chrome cruiser, dressed in jeans, a slightly squirrel-torn-t-shirt, wearing only one leather glove, and roaring at maybe 50 mph and rapidly accelerating down a quiet residential street on one wheel and with a demonic squirrel on his back. The man and the squirrel are both screaming bloody murder.

With the sudden acceleration I was forced to put my other hand back on the handlebars and try to get control of the bike. This was leaving the mutant squirrel to his own devices, but I really did not want to crash into somebody’s tree, house, or parked car. Also, I had not yet figured out how to release the throttle … my brain was just simply overloaded. I did manage to mash the back brake, but it had little effect against the massive power of the big cruiser. About this time the squirrel decided that I was not paying sufficient attention to this very serious battle (maybe he is an evil mutant NAZI attack squirrel of death), and he came around my neck and got INSIDE my full-face helmet with me. As the faceplate closed partway, he began hissing in my face. I am quite sure my screaming changed intensity. It had little effect on the squirrel, however. The RPMs on The Dragon maxed out (since I was not bothering with shifting at the moment) so her front end started to drop. Now picture a large man on a huge black and chrome cruiser, dressed in jeans, a very raggedly-torn t-shirt, wearing only one leather glove, roaring at probably 80 mph, still on one wheel, with a large puffy squirrel’s tail sticking out of the mostly closed full-face helmet. By now the screams are probably getting a little hoarse. Finally I got the upper hand … I managed to grab his tail again, pulled him out of my helmet, and slung him to the left as hard as I could. This time it worked … sort-of. Spectacularly sort-of … so to speak.

Picture a new scene. You are a cop. You and your partner have pulled off on a quiet residential street and parked with your windows down to do some paperwork. Suddenly, a large man on a huge black and chrome cruiser, dressed in jeans, a torn t-shirt flapping in the breeze, and wearing only one leather glove, moving at probably 80 mph on one wheel, and screaming bloody murder roars by and with all his strength throws a live squirrel grenade directly into your police car. I heard screams. They weren’t mine…

I managed to get the big motorcycle under control and dropped the front wheel to the ground. I then used maximum braking and skidded to a stop in a cloud of tire smoke at the stop sign of a busy cross street. I would have returned to fess up (and to get my glove back). I really would have. Really. Except for two things. First, the cops did not seem interested or the slightest bit concerned about me at the moment. When I looked back, the doors on both sides of the patrol car were flung wide open. The cop from the passenger side was on his back, doing a crab walk into somebody’s front yard, quickly moving away from the car. The cop who had been in the driver’s seat was standing in the street and was aiming a riot shotgun at his own police car. So the cops were not interested in me. They often insist to “let the professionals handle it” anyway.

That was one thing. The other? Well, I could clearly see shredded and flying pieces of foam and upholstery from the back seat. But I could also swear I saw the squirrel in the back window, shaking his little fist at me, shooting me the finger … That is one dangerous squirrel. And now he has a patrol car. A somewhat shredded patrol car … but it was all his.

I took a deep breath, turned on my turn signal, made a gentle right turn off of Brice Street, and sedately left the neighbourhood. I decided it was best to just buy myself a new pair of gloves. And some band-aids.

Pain in the...leg

I'm damn forgetful sometimes....no wait, MOST of the time. I could probably forget bout my kids and leave them somewhere (if I had any...)....Hmmm, that statement sounds familiar....So the other day after seeing the doctor for my mandatory medical checkup, guess what I forgot to do? I forgot to make a damn bloody appointment for the next time. I only realised it like, nearly 2 months later when it was almost nearing the time for my supposed appointment. I could only remember that it was scheduled for 2 months after my last appointment but I couldn't seem to remember the date. Went to check my appointment card, and lo and behold, no wonder I couldn't remember the appointment date...coz I didn't make an appointment to begin with!!! DUH!!!

Me starting to panic already. My medicine was almost finishing and I didn't have an appointment to see the doctor to renew my prescription. Die la....So rushed to the hospital as soon as I found the opportunity (no use calling them, they won't pick up... :s) The appointment lady gave me a date in August. Okie!!! Was walking away when it suddenly hit me...Eh, bimbo! Your meds kenot last dat long la!!! Oh, crap....So walked back to the lady and explained the situation to her, and she gave me a date for the 2nd week of July, 2 weeks after my supposed appointment date. Shit, this means that I'll have to ration my meds...how the hell to do that la..????

Well, did some thinking and calculating, and came up with a system. I'll just ration the Hydroxychloroquine and only take them on the days when I don't have to take Prednisolone!!! That'll even things out! But turns out that it doesn't really work. Hydroxychloroquine ran out 4 days ago and I think I'm starting to feel the effects already. My head-splitting-headaches are back, and yesterday my right leg has started aching at the knee joint, and now it seems to be radiating to my ankle joint (signs that I'm relapsing) OMG, Wednesday come sooner!!! I need meds!!! I'm a junkie!!! *prays fervently*

Owww!!!

Sweet Day...

Finally went to Ikea after longing to for a very long time. Bought some stuff and put them in the car coz still wanna walk around The Curve...and that's when my day turned sweeter....

*happy sigh* Well, some of my friends have always asked the question "Why are you still single???", "When are you gonna get a bf?". The answer has always been "When I am good and ready to get a bf, I will get a bf!", or "I just haven't found the right person who makes me wanna get into that relationship mumbo jumbo yet."

Well, I made a promise to a couple of friends (don't know if they still remember it though...it was said just in passing...) and now I'm keeping that promise....

I Found Him!!!

*giggles* Yup, it became official today. Well sort of la...we had a sorta failed take off a couple of days ago...But then, it's all good. Turns out it's a good date too, easy to remember...06/07/08

My irritability threshold was significantly higher today, couldn't seem to get mad even when people stepped on my shoes (I really don't like that coz my shoes are already gonna come apart at the slightest pressure :s) Ahhh...I still get butterflies in my tummy whenever I think back on today.

Can't stop smiling!!! :D

Me Is Bad Daughter...

Was surfing in the living room as usual. DadDi walked past and saw my Hershey's Kissables, which I just got yesterday, next to PinkLappie.

DadDi: "What's that?"
Me: "What's what?" *looks around*
"That..." *points to the silver pack of chocs*
"Oh, that....they're chocolates." (oh crap, shouldn't have said that)
*smiles and holds out his hand* (SEE!!! Told you so!!!)
"Erm, kenot!!!"
"Why not???"
"Erm...coz....coz they're mine!"
"......" *goes upstairs*

Sorry la Di....but I also keberatan wanna eat them myself! I buy you your own chocolates ok???

But then again, my Kissables have an expiry date...if tak makan, a bit wasted rite? Hmmm...maybe I should eat one whenever I'm lonely, medicine for the lonely heart....means that I should have finished the whole pack by now... -_-''

Wrong Time, Wrong Place

It was so unexpected, maybe I shouldn't have started it then and there. It was just me, nudging too much. My bad. But seriously, I didn't imagine it happening right then and there. When I heard the statement, I was like thinking 'WHAT??!!! NOO!!! Not here!!!'. Hahaha...damn I'm so fussy sometimes. Feel kinda bad now though. Maybe my reaction was a tad too over-the-top. Should have handled it better, maybe a little more sensitively...?

P.S. I'm so sorry! I realise that it took a lot of effort on your part....I just wasn't thinking! *blush*

Celcom Commercial

Last month, someone I know couldn't make it for a Celcom commercial shoot coz it starts at night; sometimes these commercial shoots can drag on for 12 hours and she was worried bout that. So she asked me to replace her. The pay was RM100, so why not right? But I was inwardly praying that the shoot won't take long coz I had to work the next morning...I damn hero rite? -_-''

The shoot was supposed to take place at 9.30pm in Cineleisure Damansara. Arrived there on the dot, but as usual, nothing started yet...Met AaronH, JohnJohn, and Edward there also...So hung around with them at McDs. I actually brought my big assed reference book with me coz I had an assignment to submit in 3 days, and I haven't started a thing! Really, really hero....*double swt*

The shoot finally started at around 11.30pm or 12am. Was so tired, coz I had been working the whole day. Luckily all they required me to do was sit in the cinema and pretend to watch a movie while eating popcorn. Managed to sleep a while while they were setting up some stuff in between also. And guess what? It ended half an hour later! Damn fast rite???!!! Woot!!! I was paid on the spot. So basically I went to Cineleisure just to collect RM100...hehehe....

Left Cineleisure and drove like a mad woman back home. I was so sleepy, all I wanted to do was go home and crash (eh, that sounded wrong....not my car la...crash on the bed...) So that's why:

Cineleisure -> Puchong Dalam Dalam = +- 20 minutes

'Keng' leh.....!

OOooo!!! And here's my commercial which I found recently. It's already airing on TV!

I'm the one sitting behind the main character with the 'fro in the cinema....When he moves his head towards the monkey for a kiss you can see me, the girl who's looking kinda bored...Eh, I was sleepy ok!!!!

Steamboat buffet!!!

Been craving for tom yam sup for quite some time. And what better place to satisfy my craving than at a steamboat buffet where you can get unlimited supply! The only place I know which has a buffet spread at affordable prices is at Yuen Restaurant (at least I think that's the name...) in Sunway. So been bugging SorryWrongNumber bout it for quite some time already. Was supposed to go with the 3 guys after the last exam paper on Friday, but I had a last minute sisters-berbonding session that night, so had to cancel with the guys. Coffee looked so dejected when he found out that the makan session was canceled...Sorry Coffee! My bad!

Today the stars must all be alligned, coz we're going to makan steamboat buffet tonight!!! *drool* SingingMan won't be with us coz he's back in his hometown, but I managed to rope in CincauAaron...Hmm, must try to psych him into going to Malacca with us also!!!

~lalalaa~ Steamboat buffet! Steamboat buffet! Can't wait!

Pick me up...(update 2)

'Pick-me-up' guy messaged me again...Now he's asking why I haven't replied him, and to please talk to him....damn, shouldn't have given him my email address. ARGH!!! Contemplating if I should reply him now, feel kinda bad...

Holiday mode

Ahhh....assignments submitted, exams over...I feel so free right now! (don't remind me bout FYP! It's nonexistent for the time being...) Went to sing k with Keith, Kevin, Grace-y, JuYau and Hoe-pet the day after my last paper...my voice is so out of shape adi!!!! Hey, voice also must exercise ok...!!! Grace-y had to leave at 6pm so it was just me with the guys till late at night.

Woke up early Sunday morning to go to Genting and gila gila there with other crazy people for a night. Was kinda tired though, coz I only slept for like 2 hours on Saturday night. Went to theme park, but it was kinda boring adi, the thrills lasted for such a short while... :( Hung out at Starbucks while waiting for our turn to check in to the hotel (our turn was like, 400 numbers away!!!) OOoooo, got tired of waiting so some of us went to the casino...my first time!!! Had a drinking session in the room that night. There seemed to be some conspiracy to try to get me drunk...hmm...couldn't drink much that night, was probably too tired...so I bowed out and went to bed before the bottle was empty... O.o This seems to be a day of firsts...

Was really tired on Monday. Couldn't seem to keep myself awake. Was sleeping wherever I could; at breakfast, back at the hotel room, in the car on the way down from Genting, even at CincauAaron's place while watching tv :s But managed to find the strength to go out yum cha with Keith and Kevin that night though, came home around 1-something am only...LOL...

Tuesday...aahhh....finally a day where I'm free to do my laundry.

Wednesday, went on a date <3 color="#ff0000">SorryWrongNumber, Coffee, and Erica (Coffee's friend). Angelina Jolie is SOOooo HAWT!!! I'll say it again, I wouldn't mind doing her....wouldn't mind doing her other half either....heck, wouldn't mind doing them both at the same time! After satisfying my fantasies in the cinema, we went to Sunway Pyramid to jalan jalan...(Coffee's idea, he must have been really bored those past few days)

Friday, laundry day again. Yippie!!! (hey, I haven't had much time to do laundry since exams started ok....!)

Saturday, again, laundry day...(chill...it's almost all done already)

Sunday, went to the Puppy.com doggie event at 1Utama park with SissyDear. It was drizzling that day though, we got kinda soaked. Doggies looked like wet balls of moving fur. Blue-y looked even more like a wet piece of moving rug....ahaks. Managed to pop into 1U to do some shopping. Bought a concealer to cover up my dark eye circles courtesy of APIIT (dark eye circles, not concealer...-_-''). Went home and wanted to do my last load of laundry, but SissyDear commandeered the washing machine for her laundry...Oh, well....OOooo...have a bruise on my butt after I fell on it in the park. Was holding on to Jo's cocker spaniel Brandy, and she saw something that interested her, gave a mighty tug, and the next thing u know, I'm on my butt on the wet grass. The chair I was sitting on was kinda on a slope though and Brandy caught me by surprise, so maybe that's why I fell so easily...Was screaming like a little girl when I realised what was about to happen (was at it for quite some time) but no one came to my rescue :( Heard Ivan laughing there some more *sniff* Ouch...

Monday, was supposed to go down to Klang today, but SissyDear skipped work and wanted to go to 1U. Me starting to get itchy also, so I decided to postpone Klang and tag along with SissyDear. Walked into Padini Concept Store and bought 2 pairs of shoes within 10 minutes (they were 50% off!!! Original price >RM60, couldn't resist!). Went to F.O.S. and bought 2 'Old Navy' long sleeve tops for RM29, 2 cute racer-back tees for RM16 and 2 pairs of these oh-so-cute shorts for RM26. Since I was already on a shopping spree, decided to do further damage and buy some face powder also... -_-'' Dunno if I should be happy or sad on that day. Happy coz I bought so many new stuff, or sad coz I spent so much getting those said stuff...Hmm....

Tuesday, in Klang now, just as I had promised Mumi (she was making a lot of noise bout why I was on holiday for so long already but now only coming home....)

Wednesday, hhhmmm, Wednesday, Wednesday....hopefully someone will ask me out tomorrow, but not that optimistic though...haih...
